Inspired by the classic naturally carbonated mineral waters of Europe, with their exquisitely delicate bubbles; we’ve worked hard to create our own unique sparkling water.

With its distinctive red bottle cap, Cloud Juice Sparkling is characterised by its fine beading which help to bring out the nuances in the food and wine with which it is served. Its soft carbonation helps to gently cleanse the palate, allowing the taste buds to appreciate the quality of fine wines, champagne, dessert wine, coffee and tea.

Tasting Notes

Subtle bead and soft palate texture. Slight note of citrus. It has a brilliant shiny appearance with a high silver reflection. To taste Cloud Juice Sparkling at its best, it should be served at 10C. Ideally, the glass should heve a narrow rim, to control the flow of water onto the taste buds for a greater feeling of freshness.
